We contacted Mark after struggling to find an electrician willing to take on the not so fun job of investigating and remediating old knob and tube in an over 120 year old house, as well as helping to upgrade our current electrical set up (bringing rooms up to code with new switches and outlets.) Mark not only took on the job but offered to do so at a fair price. He worked with us for a week, tacking each section of the house one by one, methodically helping update, remove and rewire rooms for switches and ceiling fans/lights. Mark is friendly, clean and knowledgeable. He communicated his timing clearly and he did all he could to minimize impact to the house when having to create holes in the plaster to run new wires. My job to clean up will be easier based on how we did his work. He pointed out a few other items we need to work on and look forward to having him back to help address future needs like new breakers, a generator and recessed lighting in the future.
